Terms of use

1. Service description and scope

NotusCRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) software service (SaaS) designed for small and medium-sized B2B teams. The platform offers deal, contact, company, activity and task management; email and calendar sync; AI-assisted summaries; and secure connections to external AI clients via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

2. Early access and service continuity

The service is currently in an early access period, opened by invitation from the waitlist. During this period, features, the interface and the infrastructure may continue to change. During and after early access, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by applicable law; no express or implied warranty is given that the service will be uninterrupted, entirely error-free or fully fit for a particular purpose.

3. Account management and security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account, your sign-in credentials and the third-party accounts (email, calendar, etc.) you connect to the system.

If you detect unauthorized access or a security vulnerability, you must notify Notussoft immediately.

Workspace owners and admins are responsible for setting the permissions, access levels and account roles of the users in their team.

4. Plans, fees and changes

NotusCRM plans, package features and subscription fees are published on the pricing page of the website. Unless stated otherwise, all prices exclude Value Added Tax (VAT).

Paid plans take effect once the payment infrastructure is launched.

Changes to prices or package scope are announced to active customers at least 30 days in advance. For annual prepaid subscriptions the price stays fixed for the purchased period; current prices apply at renewal.

5. Data ownership and privacy

You own all business data, contact records and content you enter into NotusCRM, upload or sync from external accounts. You may export and delete your data from the platform at any time. Notussoft processes your data only to provide the service, operate the system and deliver technical support; the Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy govern the processing of personal data.

Sub-processors: The customer acknowledges that it authorises Notussoft to use technical infrastructure and artificial intelligence providers as sub-processors in order to provide the service. Current sub-processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN/network security – USA), Anthropic PBC (AI infrastructure – USA), Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging, mobile notification delivery – USA/Ireland) and Apple Inc. (Apple Push Notification service, iOS notification delivery – USA). Notussoft gives at least 30 days' notice of any change to its sub-processors.

6. AI and MCP features

AI summaries: AI summaries generated by the system are drafts and suggestions. They are not written to any official record unless the user reviews and approves them; Notussoft does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of generated content. The user is responsible for the accuracy of content approved into records.

Anthropic as sub-processor: To deliver the AI features, Notussoft uses Anthropic PBC, whose standard terms are publicly available, as a sub-processor. By turning this feature on, the customer is deemed to have accepted Anthropic's standard data processing terms and the transfer in advance and to have given the corresponding instruction.

Special categories of data: Users undertake not to send records containing special categories of personal data, such as health data, biometric data or criminal convictions, to the "Summarize with AI" feature. In workspaces where correspondence containing special categories of data is synced regularly, it is the customer's responsibility to keep the AI summary feature turned off to prevent automatic conversation summaries.

MCP connections: Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations work with the user's own authorization and authentication keys. The user is fully responsible for the permissions granted to an external AI client, the commands that client issues and their results. For data security, record deletion (DELETE) via the MCP interface is disabled.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service:

for purposes contrary to applicable law, intellectual property rights or the privacy of third parties,

to send unsolicited bulk commercial messages (SPAM),

to exploit system vulnerabilities, reverse engineer, deliberately exhaust server resources or disrupt the operation of the service,

to attempt unauthorized access to others' accounts, databases or Notussoft networks.

If these rules are violated, Notussoft reserves the right to suspend the account immediately or terminate it unilaterally.

8. Third-party integrations

The use of third-party services connected to the system, such as Google, IMAP/SMTP servers, external calendar providers and AI services, is subject to those providers' own terms. Notussoft cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platform outages, policy changes or API restrictions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Notussoft's total legal and financial liability arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including direct or indirect damages, data loss, loss of profit or business interruption, is limited to the total amount you paid Notussoft for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination and data export

You may close your account and subscription at any time through the application interface.

In case of serious or deliberate violation of these terms, Notussoft may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice.

When the account is closed or the agreement ends, the user is given 30 days to export their data; at the end of this period the data is permanently deleted from the system.

11. Changes and dispute resolution

Notussoft reserves the right to update these terms unilaterally; material changes are announced to users by email or in-app notification. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Bursa Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
