Connect your CRM to your AI client

The Model Context Protocol lets clients like Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor work with your NotusCRM data. Connections run with your permissions and can be removed at any time.

Connect in three steps

  1. 1

    Copy the address

Settings → MCP & API shows the connection address for your workspace.

  2. 2

    Add it to your client

In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, then paste the address. No token to copy.

  3. 3

    Sign in and approve

Sign in to NotusCRM and approve on the consent screen. Tick write access separately if you want it.

Clients without OAuth support can use a personal access token instead.

What you can ask

  • What's the latest with Pusula Sigorta?
  • List the deals that went quiet this week and open a follow-up task for each.
  • Summarize past emails with Ayşe before tomorrow's meeting.
  • What's the total amount of deals in the proposal stage?

42 tools

Read

Search, deal/person/company details, activities, tasks, pipeline summary, quiet deals, risk score, product catalog, custom object records, today.

Write (with permission)

Create and update people, companies and deals, move stages, notes and activities, tasks, add people and line items to deals, create and update custom object records.

Security

  • Connections run with your permissions; they can't see what you can't.
  • Read-only by default; write access is granted separately on the consent screen.
  • Deleting records over MCP is disabled on every plan.
  • Every write lands in the audit log as "MCP · client name".
  • Remove a connection from Settings in one click; the client loses access immediately.
