NotusCRM

MCP-first CRM

A CRM that fills itself in.

NotusCRM reads your email and calendar, links every conversation to the right person and deal, and summarizes your meeting notes. Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor work on the same data — with your permissions.

For small B2B teams · Turkish and English · No credit card

NotusCRM deal board: deals by stage with amounts and risk dots

Sell instead of typing

Email and calendar, automatically

Connect your own mail server (IMAP/SMTP) and calendar (CalDAV). Conversations and meetings with known people land on the timeline; unknown senders arrive as suggestions for you to approve.

AI suggests, you approve

Summarize a meeting note or a whole deal in one click: decisions and the suggested next step arrive on an approval card. Nothing is saved until you accept it.

Your CRM in every AI client

Add your workspace address to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, sign in and approve. Connections are read-only by default and deleting records over MCP is disabled.

Zero data entry

Everyone you email, on the right deal's timeline

Incoming and outgoing email is matched to the person — and to their deal when they're on exactly one open deal; the company's and deal's last-touch updates on its own. Conversations with teammates, newsletters and automated mail stay out.

  • Your own server: IMAP/SMTP and CalDAV
  • New senders arrive in Suggestions
  • Send email from the CRM and it lands on the timeline

AI summary

Write a note after the meeting; let AI draw out the summary

Choose "Summarize with AI" while saving a note, call or meeting note. The summary, decisions and a suggested task arrive on an approval card — edit, reject, or save it together with the task. The model only uses what's in the record.

  • Nothing is written without approval
  • Status summary from the deal's timeline
  • Rule-based risk score with reasons

MCP

"List the deals that went quiet this week and open a follow-up task for each."

NotusCRM's MCP server exposes deals, people, companies, activities and tasks through 42 tools. Connections run with your permissions: they can't see what you can't, write access is granted separately and every write lands in the audit log.

Built for your data

Two layers of isolation

Every workspace's data is separated both in the application and by database row-level security.

Your password never sits in the CRM

Email passwords live in the separate identity service's encrypted vault and are never written to the CRM database.

No AI training

Your data is not used to train models; AI output only reaches your records with your approval.
